How do I know if I'm eligible?
If you have a Level 1-4 Home Care Package, you qualify for our Fit Chef meal delivery service. Your Home Care Provider (the organisation managing your support services) will confirm the approved providers for your plan. If Fit Chef isn’t yet on the list, simply ask your provider to give us an email at info@fitchefaus.com and we’ll get you set up.

How are the costs shared?
With our service, the cost breakdown is simple:

• 30% Paid by You: Covers the cost of premium, fresh ingredients.

• 70% Covered by Your HCP Provider: Handles meal preparation, administration, and delivery.

Am I locked into a contract?

Not at all! We offer a no lock-in policy, giving you the freedom to enjoy our meals whenever you need them—order as you like without any long-term commitment.
